		<description>cool piece.  I think it would be interesting to see the approach other fixed gear cyclists have in their cities yes!  I feel like we have a big &quot;open&quot; culture here, where everyone and anyone is welcome, in New York or somewhere else, it might be a bit more GANGSTER! if you know what I mean.  we should never lose that though, everyone is welcome and should ride and we must build up a strong base.
